I’ve been a personal trainer for over 22 years and have helped thousands of clients get into better shape. Since starting out as the youngest personal trainer around at age 15, I’ve studied Nutrition, Exercise Physiology, Biomechanics, and Kinesiology and Physical Education at CSULB and I’ve and spent years practicing and applying what it takes to achieve aesthetic and functional results from exercise.
