Kick It Up began as a dream in early 2004. The idea was simple: To allow families to participate in fitness or dance together in a noncompetitive, friendly environment with caring & educated staff as well as small class sizes. Today, Kick It Up has become a reality. With an offering of over 70 classes per week, interactive birthday parties, brownie and girl scout events and a scholarship fund, Kick It Up has grown into the studio it was meant to be… a second home where people can come together, learn and feel good about themselves.
