CrossFit delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. We train you like athletes, not like bodybuilders. We train movements, not muscle groups. We concentrate on improving overall fitness by focusing on functional movements and not isolating individual muscles. We do, however, attempt to optimize physical competence in each of the ten recognized fitness domains. They are Cadiovascular and Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy.
