Oscar is a graduate Gemologist from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), with over twenty years of experience working as a craftsman, appraiser, and designer of fine jewelry. At Oscar's Design Jewelry we provide each customer with quality merchandise, excellent and personalized service at the industry's best prices. Our elegantly appointed showroom is a very comfortable place to shop.
